The upstairs apartment has a main bedroom featuring a Queensize bed, the second bedroom has a double/single bunk and a double bed, the lounge room has a large 6 seater L shape lounge with a double sofa bed.
The main feature of this apartment is the large enclosed balcony which looks out to the Murray River and riverside park. The balcony has two large tables with bench seats seating 12 people, BBQ and a table tennis table.
